Although we have extensive training in film, photography, digital video and audio engineering, I spent years in the family restaurant business in Maine learning from the best – my mom and her sisters. I always loved food but after a few years in the biz cooking became a chore and dinners at home morphed into PBJ’s and Mac and Cheese. Now that I’ve given it up to pursue my true passions of film, photography, audio and video, one of my greatest joys is making amazing food for my family and friends. Wonderful when worlds collide – I was honored to be invited to take some promo photos for the Philadelphia Orchestra, including this nova flatbread appetizer that was served at the 2011 opening gala.
